For Athletes and Families
Every athlete's journey is different. AJP works selectively with ambitious athletes and sporting organisations to develop their commercial positioning, identify suitable partnership opportunities and represent them in conversations with potential commercial partners.
Representation is built around the athlete's genuine story, sporting ambitions and individual commercial potential.
Athlete Representation
Effective representation begins long before the first approach to a company. AJP works with represented athletes to build a credible commercial platform and develop partnerships that make sense for both athlete and business.
01
Commercial Positioning
Developing the athlete's story, proposition and partnership positioning around their genuine sporting journey.
02
Professional Materials
Creating the commercial presentations, one-page introductions and supporting materials required for professional partnership conversations.
03
Partner Research
Identifying companies, sectors and opportunities that may be relevant to the athlete, their audience and their ambitions.
04
Commercial Outreach
Approaching suitable potential partners and opening conversations on behalf of the represented athlete where appropriate.
05
Partnership Development
Supporting proposals, meetings, commercial discussions and negotiations as opportunities develop.
06
Ongoing Relationships
Helping coordinate agreed commercial relationships, activations and communication between athlete and partner.
Not every represented athlete receives every service automatically. Specific responsibilities are governed by the athlete's representation agreement.
Who We Work With
AJP does not operate an open roster or accept every athlete who enquires.
We look for athletes and sporting organisations with a genuine competitive journey, clear ambition and a story that can be developed into credible commercial opportunities.
Potential fit may include:
Representation is considered individually. An enquiry does not guarantee acceptance or representation.
The Process
01
Understand the Athlete
We learn about the athlete's sporting journey, achievements, ambitions, competitive programme and commercial objectives.
02
Assess the Opportunity
AJP considers the athlete's positioning, potential partnership categories and whether there is a suitable fit for representation.
03
Agree the Representation
If both sides decide to proceed, responsibilities, commercial terms and representation boundaries are agreed in writing before AJP acts on the athlete's behalf.
04
Build the Commercial Journey
AJP develops the athlete's commercial platform and begins pursuing suitable partnership opportunities in accordance with the agreed representation.
Important to Know
Commercial representation does not guarantee sponsorship, funding, media exposure or sporting results.
Every athlete, company and opportunity is different. AJP's role is to develop credible opportunities professionally, approach suitable potential partners and help build meaningful commercial relationships where there is genuine alignment.
Young Athletes
Where an athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be involved throughout the enquiry and representation process, approve relevant commercial activity and remain included in appropriate communications.
Start the Conversation
If you are an athlete, parent, guardian or sporting organisation and believe AJP could add value to your commercial journey, tell us about your programme, ambitions and the support you are looking for.
Representation is selective and subject to a separate written agreement.
